End of service bonus:
Faculty and staff are entitled to an end of service bonus that surpasses that in the Egyptian job market. Faculty and staff would be entitled to the value of one month per year upon completing 5 uninterrupted years at NIS. Further more, they would be entitled to the value of two months per year upon completing 10 or more uninterrupted years at NIS.
Faculty and staff at NIS are encouraged to enroll their children at any of our institutions, and we ensure that tuition discounts are given as further appreciation to our faculty and staff.
