Last month, the classrooms and hallways of NIS-American were bustling with mothers, fathers, guardians and siblings. For most people, the academic year is a continuation of an on-going journey.
Every year, at the end of the third quarter, NIS opens its doors to welcome parent stakeholders into the classroom. By now, our multitudes of students have gone home, sat around the dinner tables, and relayed stories of their experiences with various students, teachers, and administrators.
The NIS parents meeting is a “meet ‘n’ greet”. It’s an opportunity for parents who have questions about various subjects or who are simply curious to meet the individual their child has spoken so much about, to walk into the classrooms and spend some time getting to know them.
